We're so excited to have Rev. Greg Finke back with us for our Day of Equipping on Saturday, June 8 during our 2024 Biennial Convention in Fergus Falls.
Rev. Finke is the founder of Dwelling 1:14, a ministry that comes alongside individuals and churches to help them join Jesus on his Mission. Greg will show you how to seek, recognize and respond to what Jesus is already up to... and then disciple others to do the same.

Day of Equipping – June 8
Session 1: "The Heart of the Matter"
Greg shares ‘from the heart’ the personal journey he and his wife Susan have taken parish pastor to well-traveled disciple making advocate through use of his writings and workshop presentations. Joining Jesus remains at the center of the Finkes’ heart for mission in Christ.
Session 2: “Overcoming Fears, Resistance and the ‘Uncomfort Zones’ Your People"
How to best motivate a wide variety of people, many of whom may be resistant to “joining” because they are shy, “not gifted for this”, “it’s out of my comfort zone.” Dealing with various forms of resistance and or excuses that can discourage a whole congregation from joining Jesus. Not sure what to call this one.
Session 3: "Disciple Making - What Your People Need from Their Leaders”
Ways to work with Pastors, Elders, Trustees, and other leaders and influencers to bring a congregation’s leadership and the majority of its parishioners together, united for mission.
Session 4: "Disciple-Making Q & A"
Got questions? Greg and Susan will headline an engaging panel of Joining Jesus advocates. Let’s talk about this! Come prepared to share your experiences with JJOHM and/or other resources you have used to reach your community.
