At the fall meeting of the Council of Directors, they voted unanimously to call Nathanael and Carrie to serve as missionaries among a people group in Chad (Last name of missionaries and name of people group were removed for online use for privacy concerns).

In preparation for your church's worship service this Sunday, please keep in mind the people of Japan and our missionaries who are serving there. Below are some images that you can use in your announcement slideshow, or any other part of your service. We will continue to add more resources as the day goes on.

Thank you for your support and prayers during this tough time. Please remember the people of Japan as they prepare for their next steps in the recovery process, and especially for those who have lost loved ones in this tragic natural disaster.

With little over a month left in our fiscal year (ending April 30th), we are only 71% to our goal. Last year at this time we had received 84% of our goal. Please prayerfully consider whether God is calling you to give to the ministry of the Church of the Lutheran Brethren (CLB).
