Announcement: CLB Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund
You may donate online (here) or send a check to the address below, simply indicating that the funds should go to Hurricane Sandy Relief. We believe that the Church of the Lutheran Brethren is responsible for supporting our pastors and congregations. The funds will be distributed to our congregations who will decide how and where the funds will be used. We encourage you to use Salvation Army or American Red Cross if you desire to customize your donation, or would like to give to a different type of relief effort.
The Hurricane Sandy Fund will be used for the following areas:
Repair of churches and parsonages
People relief (through the congregations)
The leadership of the CLB Eastern Region will direct funds to pastors/church leaders who will in turn provide care for their people and neighbors. Any funds not being used will be given to Salvation Army or American Red Cross.
