Over the past year Faith & Fellowship Publishing has been working its way onto the internet, trying to connect with congregations in more immediate and convenient ways. They have been planning on a blog for a while, but wanted to make sure that there were enough contributions to the blog to make it valuable to readers. Below is the introductory post on the new Faith & Fellowship Blog.
------
It's been a plan in the works for a few months and I'm excited to announce that Faith & Fellowship has a blog! Let me explain what that means and how it will be used.
First of all, we have three pastors that already blog quite a bit on their own and they have agreed to contribute to this blog. We hope to get more pastors and church leaders involved in the future but we're going to start small and build up as we understand the purpose and mission of Faith & Fellowship Online.
Secondly, this blog will be used as a place to add news and information from around the Church of the Lutheran Brethren (CLB). Plus posting information on this blog is much more immediate and convenient than waiting to include it in the magazine. Following this blog will keep you updated on events, news and opinions all over the CLB. Updates will be retrieved from congregations, special events, and the CLB website's blog, as well. The idea is that the network of information from around the CLB will converge here on this blog. We hope that this blog will be the location where you can come and be directed to all kinds of information and news around the CLB.
Let us know if you have any ideas or opinions about this new project.
Thank you,
Tim Mathiesen

was discussion on ministering first to the pastors and their wives and then to the churches. They talked about crisis management, church planting, leadership development, youth work, cluster organization, and how to really listen.
