Board of Youth Ministries

It supervises and directs all the operations of the youth ministry activities of the synod.
It is authorized to appoint an Executive Director of Youth Ministries and other workers as may be necessary.
It sets salaries and determines the conditions of their call.
It recommends the budget for the educational institutions of the synod to the Synodical Council.
It recommends the annual ministry plans and budget for its department to the Synodical Council.
