The Board of Church Services

• It supervises, edits, and directs all publications work within the synod, with the exception of direct publicity initiated by the individual boards.
• It is authorized to appoint an Executive Director of Church Services, and other workers, set salaries for their services and determine the conditions of their call.
• It recommends the annual ministry plan and budget for its department to the Synodical Council.
• It oversees the Faith and Fellowship Press.
• It recommends the annual budget for its department to the Synodical Council.
• It advises the editor of Faith and Fellowship in promoting and publishing the same and formulates the broad policies governing its publication
