Church Operations Director - Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church
Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church (Moorhead, MN / West Fargo, ND) is seeking a team leader with strong communication and supervisory skills to serve as its Church Operations Director. This position oversees the financial, facilities, administrative, human resources, and business operations of the Church. The Church Operations Director will work closely with the ministry staff and lay leadership. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to multitask and thrive working in a team environment. Prior church work experience is a plus, but not required for this position. The Church Operations Director reports to the Lead Pastor. This position is full-time with benefits and includes supervisory responsibilities.
